Well then, no scandal. The emails were sent and received without a 'classified' designation.

Whoever wrote the thing with classified information is responsible for marking it.

Hillary is definitely wounded - self-inflicted, as usual - and don't be surprised if Dems are soon considering "ridin with Biden" AND "adorin E. Warren"...

I agree, Biden has more in common w/ Hillary than Bernie or Elizabeth. I'd still take Biden over Hillary if they were my only 2 choices.

She has addressed them...It's up to the voters to decide whether this is disqualifying behavior.

No, the difference in our opinions comes from your assumption that she didn't/couldn't know.

Are you suggesting there were several parties who "show have know(n)" better?

Wrong...the standard is known or should have known info is classified. Hillary, the head of the St Dept, of all people, should know what info is so sensitive as to be considered classified...

Not saying your wrong on all points, and you make some good ones, but if Hillary forwards an email, the burden shifts to her...

Yes, if nothin else, it shows EXTREME lack of judgment on Hillary's part. This is precisely why Bernie-who has shown excellent judgment on a whole host of issues-is deservin of serious consideration..

She made the mistake of doing something in the shades of grey. She needs to come out and explain it.

It would be scandalous for a Sec. of State not to know the info she was sending was classified..
