Clinton was President for 8 years. He has zero, as in not one, as in not a single, solitary person convicted of any crime that was committed while serving for him. Not one. yeah what a scandal. And that was with the Independent Council law functioning the entire time he was in office. He is the one and only President under that regime not to have had that happen.
