is not a wonderful job. It's hard work and not always pleasant. Somali refugees have found out how to get the required training and are flocking to places that provide that training. Then, they're getting the jobs. Anyone else could do the same, of course, but it's not a job that is attractive to many people.

And so it has been for immigrant populations for a very long time.

They're not taking jobs that are eagerly sought after. They're taking jobs that are short of workers.
