Home care workers are some of the most undervalued people in America. I think it's pretty typical to see them making about $9/hr while Medicare pays their agency I think over $30/hr. The agency takes most of the money. And some of them can not afford to put shoes on their kids' feet or put gas in the car to get to work. They do need a raise.

True, something Mitt would never even think to do.
