important issue.

As a matter of fact I heard that O'Malley made one
great proposal: That the federal government should
only buy weapons of the safest caliber, which might
reduce the companies, which don't.

That can be done and sounds truly reasonable. OTH
banning weapons might just get their lovers
furious.
