Incidentally, that OP is NOT what I believe, but what I believe will be the republican MSM talking point.

If Bernie is able to get the coverage on his major speech on exactly what a Democratic Socialist means, that may alter opinions to be favorable toward Bernie.

Yes, Hillary has negatives, but she also has positive. I know people get upset, but gender will be a factor, including with republicans. All the polls indicate it. African Americans at least up to now seem to be favoring Hillary. Hispanics favor whoever the Democratic candidate is.

The republicans are going to be out in force, no matter who the Democratic candidate is, and they will be motivated. After the debates they have already been coming out of the wood work, distorting the comments I presented in the title.

In other words, republican turnout will be stimulated no matter who the Democratic candidate is

At least that is my assessment.
