Quit trying to put words in my mouth.

I have seen the TPP debated in the Japanese parliament and have met people on the Japanese side who were privy to the negotiations, one of whom who went on to start an organization opposed to the deal and who has led many anti-TPP rallies and events in Japan.

So yes, for the average Joe and Jane it's a goddam piece of shit trade deal.
