106. Barbara Lee was also the ONLY ONE to vote against the occupation of Afghanistan
Wed Oct 28, 2015, 02:45 PM
Oct 2015

because some Tribal War Lord was renting desert space to a handful of Saudis to play soldier.

America never understood that Afghanistan had no effective central government,
and ,as a country, was not responsible for 9-11. No Central Committee met and decided that the country of Afghanistan would attack the USA.
A dozen or so Saudi criminals were responsible, and we got them a long time ago, along with several multi thousand completely innocent Afghans and their families and friends.

Thank You, Barbara Lee for your understanding of Afghanistan, and your vote of conscience.
I stood with you.
