It was crap then and it's still crap. Nor was 1441 a result of the US passing the IWR. That was another talking point of the time. They played chicken and egg with those two as well.
Hillary's speech prior to the vote:
The IWR was filled with references linking Iraq to 9/11. She should have been APPALLED that the Bush Administration was trying to enact their PNAC wet dream on the corpses of her people.
