3. Everyone likes their own represenatives, but hates everyone elses

When the poll asks if they support their own representatives, the approval is in the 50s. When asked if they approve of Congress as a whole, it's only about 10%.

So in other words, people want change, but they will re-elect their own guy because they feel he's not part of the problem.
