some for decades now, are quite aware that each party works hard to find dirt on their opponents in order to sway public opinion in support of their own candidate (and party).

I wonder why you felt the need to add this observation, which strikes me as a sort of "No duh!" response to my OP. Did you watch the video? Do you have any thoughts about the content of the video? Do you think this particular "scandal" is real? Do you think the Republicans are saving this one to derail Clinton after she "earns" the nomination?
