Would run a campaign within the same party, when his people steal data, he blusters and puffs chest instead of owning and resolving. Why wasn't his voice out there telling supporters to back off Clinton. She was the victim of the theft. He said nothing allowing his people to shift his blame to her.

What kind of man is that?
