Beyond that, I don't know how many details you want. He has supported, proposed, initiated many many specifics over tyhe years and in his current campaign.

You might also find it instructive to look at what he did in Burlington as mayor. He had the same rap against him in his first campaign and won a fluky narrow victory, and inherited a hostile city giovernment and political establishment. But he rolled up his sleeve, engaged in building a consensus, dealt effectively with practical specific issues as an executuive.....and won numerous reelections, promotins to Congress and the admiration of even those who were opposed to his ideology.

While a city is not the Federal government, it can be expected that he would use the same strategy if elected.
