Oh wait, I suppose regulations are in fact bad in the "New Democrat"/Third Way/corporatist fact book.

(I assume you're not opposed to the projects in the first sentence, though I suppose I wouldn't be surprised... after all, all those innocent financial corporations being hurt by their activities...)
