I was told as a young man that a hard Penis has no conscience. I supose it could be seen as a dangerous object if the owner were to use it as such.
There was a punk band in the 80s and early 90s from Indianapolis called Modern Vending. they had a song called "genious" (sic)- the lyrics for which always stuck in my head; "I wanna go back to school but
this time I'm going to think with my big head and not my little one"
An erect penis could lead to flunking out of school, according to Modern Vending (the lead singer used to come on stage in adult diapers and tutus- good times...).
But no- seriously- a penis is not a weapon in the same way a gun or sword is a weapon, but there are some that may view it as a weapon due to rape or some other traumatic experience.
So let's review:
- you cant fight a war with it or subdue a bad guy with it or repel hordes of zombies with it so using it as a weapon would- for the owner-be painful at best, catostrophic at worse.
cant sharpen it
can't put it in a holster (not with ease anyway)
cant load it with bullets
can't charge it to emit 50,000 volts
On the upside, if it were a weapon, there would only be concealed carry permits issued!
