Which I had no awareness of. I would have said that needs to explained better so everyone understands because I would never want to engage in such behavior.

But I think I understand now what you're referring to. Some people will always bully because they enjoy it. They are cruel, even sadistic. They don't care someone might have been through trauma. If fact, they may even get a perverse pleasure from causing further emotional pain. That is who they are.
