do you know if there has been any studies on the rate of these incidents in the armed services of other countries? I wonder if more steps towards meaningful integration of women into the military has any effect on incidents as well. I wonder if military lifestyle is somehow encouraging these rapes and other sexual crimes.
This is a dragon with many heads- my suspicion is that the leaders in the military could use a dose of humility on this subject and start to listen to and follow the advice of experts in the field, instead of gender power displays disguised as effective management tools.
