2. I was driving down to the Cape for a day at the beach

With me girlfriends and some guy kept pulling along side us jerking off, with his hips and penis above the window line..

We had a clear view. We were disgusted.

One time on te beach this older man was staring and leering at my sister and I. Getting his thing on. It was disgusting and gross and made for a very uncomfortable time at the beach. Shouldn't be that way. But it is. We left.
