I got those and the next ones were:

"women need to know about men"
"women need to be touched"
"women need to stay in the kitchen"

How autocomplete works
http://support.google.com/websearch/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=106230Google Autocomplete

As you type, Google's algorithm predicts and displays search queries based on other users' search activities.

.
The search queries that you see as part of autocomplete are a reflection of the search activity of all web users.

I wonder what "men need to..."?

(runs off to Google...)

"men need to grow up"
"men need to man up"
"men need to ejaculate"
"men need to respect women"
"men need to be needed"
"men need to cheat"
"men need to provide"

Hmmmmmmmmm.

Edit to add: LOL, we had the same idea at the same time.
