If you ask them if they want a cup of tea and they say yes while they are drinking it you spit in it, causing them to say "Ugh, I don't want that anymore!" you can't force them to continue to drink the cup of tea.

Consent is not an unbreakable covenant, it can be withdrawn at anytime by either party whether the person is conscious or unconscious. Just because someone says yes doesn't mean that can change it to a no later.
