I'm having a brain cramp - where are the Jury rules [View all]

Like what happens if you have a post locked 7-0 or an alert locked 0-7? (neither apply to me, I was just wanting the information).

I know they are here somewhere ... sorry, can't find them just wanted the general info, thanks all .
