How can I block offensive ads on DU if I can't afford to pay? [View all]
Hubby lost his job. Lately on DU I keep seeing ads with trashy photos, very vulgar, and tonight I had a pop-up ad asking me to "click to see nude pictures." I do NOT want this semi-porn content on my computer, where kids or anyone could see it. It's making me not even want to come to DU.
I don't mind seeing some ads, if that's what it takes to keep free membership but isn't there a way to request G-rated ones please?
