... when they "make a story" out of someone else's reporting, they generally give some sort of a hint where they sourced it from. Sometimes even a link to the original reporting. I would encourage posters to find the original reporting and post that.
Sometimes the original reporting is behind a paywall, but usually there are other news reports that are more balanced and less bombastic. It takes a bit of effort, but it results in a more, for want of a better word, civil environment.

Another give away is to look at the video length. Good reports are in the 5 to max 10 minute range.
