Should it be or is "baiting" members a violation of Terms of Service? [View all]

If it is, I'm not sure what violation it would fall under?

An example - someone expresses displeasure or disappointment with a general vote on a particular issue that seems at odds with Democratic principals, and a poster will pop up asking the poster to specifically criticize particular Democrats by name, so they can alert on the post.

Isn't asking someone to violate TOS a firm of disruption?
