12. That fixes the top-of-the-page-not-being-displayed issue...

... on desktops (well at least on mine) - I don't have an iPad to see what the issue is there.

This top-of-the-page-not-being-displayed issue seems related to the way browsers are allotting space for the left column navigation stuff - since the size depends on what is expanded and/or collapsed and is driven by Javascript - the browser doesn't seem to be setting aside enough space for when everything is expanded.

Thanks for the quick response - aren't you supposed to be doing something else for the next day or so?
