Hello - and apologies for removed post [View all]
My very first post here at DU was hidden from the Video forum today. I do not want to link the video twice obviously, but you can find it on YouTube by searching for the title "13-Year-Old Jenny Gives Report Cards to Obama and Romney". I would like to apologize first and foremost. It was not my intent to "troll" (please see further down this post for a detailed explanation). I had legitimate questions about the video I posted.
These are the reasons given for the decision by jury:

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate. (See Community Standards.)
ALERTER'S COMMENTS:
Pro Romney anti-Obama horseshit.

I couldn't agree more that the video I posted is "pro-Romney crap / horseshit" -- that's exactly why I posted it.
My post started off with the caption:
Would love to see exposé of this video due to its script, production quality, etc. - hard to take it at face-value:
I am a Democrat / vocal Obama supporter online. I am also a professional photographer and editor at a major magazine publication. I believe this video is a "plant" and a fake. I was wanting it to be viewed / investigated to find out where it came from - and who is really behind it.
The production value, lighting, and script seem highly advanced to just be some video a 13-year old kid slapped up on YouTube.
I realize if it was a 6-0 decision to yank the clip, obviously jurors either did not read my intro-note and based the removal by the video alone -- or still felt it needed to be removed for whatever reasons, and that's fine. Especially with a 6-0 decision. I have no choice but to respect that.
But just because someone posts something perceived as pro-Romney, doesn't mean the actual POST is pro-Romney. I hope when voting people will take that into account in the future.
I truly want the video debunked - like, yesterday - because it is flooding my inbox.
Thank you for your time! And once again my apologies for a less than graceful entrance...
