If you like a post, you can recommend it-- that's the DU rec box toward the bottom left of a post. Once a post has been recced enough, it will appear on the Greatest page.

If you want to read more from a poster, click on their username and when you're on their profile page, click on their journal-- if they keep a journal, that is!
