2. The way you find out how many are ignoring you:

Click on My Profile tab at the top of the page...

And then click on the Transparency tab on your profile page. That will lead you to the place where you can see how many are ignoring you.

I don't think you can know who is ignoring you. Did the post you saw show you who it was?
