As for Meta-Discussion... been in there and can't figure it out. It looks as if people go there to air grievances, but so much arguing it is hard to see if anything is getting resolved. 
Wait, EarlG? That is one of the names of the Administrators on my mail that told me I could start posting. Do they post a lot?
