What I posted WAS based upon empirical evidence, go be your own research monkey; I'm not going to turn a thread into your private reading room where you'd only tapdance around & blow smoke, your typical posting style as is becoming evident to others.

No, the actual study that shows the methodology, and the peer review critiques to show they are valid.

NYPD does a great job on their own. Liberal cops is an oxymoron.
