1. I have been obsessed with food my entire life

After experiencing chronic hunger when I was very young and being food insecure into my teens, I started binging food whenever possible.

By the time I was a young adult, the binging had stopped (though the 3-5 pm hour is dangerous). Iíve been dieting ever since (about 30 years). Iíve gained and lost 100s of pounds. Iíve been calorie counting the last couple years and think about what I can eat ALL the time.

I have no idea what it would be like not to think of food constantly. Tried hypnosis. I exercise. I work long hours at a busy professional job. I have a family I take care of. I have lots of things to keep me busy, but there is always the thought of food in the back of my mind.
