Politicians are held accountable by a LARGE organized
block of voters that replace them as needed.
Elections are HOW politicians are held accountable

With a 40% to 60% of the eligible public voting,
and a 90% incumbency reelection rate
MORE voters can change things.

Politicians need to fear voters,
not voters fearing politicians
