9. Corporations, and the richest people in the world who own them, will keep pushing until they rule

all the world. They are very dangerous people to have around in a democracy. The uber wealthy think they are kings and they think they should rule over you. We have allowed them to accumulate so much money that they own the wealth of nations. With people that rich, nothing matters that they can't buy their way out of.

You can never have a true democracy or representative government until you have democracy in your economy. Politics and economics go together like a hand in glove. To think you can have a democratic form of government and a unequal, unfair economic system, like capitalism, is to be blind to how humans interact. The reason we in the US have an oligarchy is because of capitalism. Without capitalism, the rich and corporations would not have the wealth to overrun everyone else.

Every time you put restraints on the uber rich and corporations in order to keep them from abusing us all, they push and fight to take off those restraints. The real and only lasting solution is to tax their wealth out of existence and then make it illegal for anyone or any entity to accumulate so much. Without people with great wealth, you will NOT have people in great poverty.
