On edit: Is this is an honest question out of the blue or did something happen?

If a straight question, the general rule of thumb is to speak up but not over, white voices tend to drown out black ones and it's important to be conscious of that. There's nothing wrong with simply sharing articles though, it's actually good in my opinion.
