... it appears they made a handful of delegate count changes, which have reduced the margin of Clinton's win from 0.30% to 0.25%.

The disposition of only 5 or 6 delegates were changed.

Considering that there were some precincts where as many as 30 votes were in question due to incorrect procedures (people coming and going, required recounts not being taken), I think an accurate election result may never be known. The process was so chaotic that the final result, in my opinion, falls within the caucus procedure's margin of error.
