It's his neighboring state.

Now that we have the Iowa and NH, both mostly all white dems, out of the way, let's see what happens now in the states where POC make up a good portion of the dem electorate.

Then we'll see if Bernie Sanders can pull POC votes that are essential to gaining the dem nomination.
