This is an example of the difference between capitalism's privatists and capitalism's socialists. Bernie Sanders is the only candidate who saw the need to reimburse the city, because he is a democratic socialist and that is what democratic socialists do. Privatism's capitalists destroy the USA money supply and the USA economy; and socialism and socialists replenish the USA money supply and the USA economy in the same way as Bernie Sanders did in Marshalltown, Iowa. A good example and a good contrast of privatist vs socialist behavior.
