effusing her support for HRC. Her name is Kathy Karpan and she is the former Secretary of State of WY. I guess if anyone knows how to stuff a ballot box with 'surrogate votes', whatever the hell that is, then she must be a real pro. Reminds me of Kenneth Blackwell of Ohio.
