It takes a few calls but be sure to have your call screen open and zoom in if you like, for easy reading.

The name of the person your calling comes up just as the phone connection is made, so be on the ball.

If you need a break, just hit the "not ready" button. Otherwise new calls come in automatically without you doing a thing.

And, you need to record the results of each call: not at home; no answer; wrong number; etc.
