...and a Hillary Freedom Bomb falls on your house killing all your children and maiming you for life. Freedom Bombs are not incremental....

Now a case could be made that Hillary's Cluster Bombs are incremental because they can lay dormant for years, and then blow the arms off of a child who picks one up out of curiosity years after any hostilities have ended.
