I highly recommend watching her recent videos on Youtube if you want to know more about it.

There are a bunch there they are all informative. Keep in mind the US is leading the effort for these deals so we are trying to be the country that makes the most radical changes as far as opening up to foreign service provider firms, who will get a right to use their own employees and their wages will likely be between them.

Those firms may not hire any women or US based minority employees at all. (Its entirely possible they may be all men)

It will be a big change.
