The explanation on his transparency page is consistent with my recollection that he was bounced for ONE post that was deemed to contravene the ToS. This, after more than 30,000 contributions to the board.

Meanwhile, quite a few of the new returnees, plus of course some who were amnestied and never put through FFR, have visible transparency pages. I think some of them are into the double digits on hides (just in the last 90 days).

Manny isn't the only one in his situation. I merely checked his page to confirm my guess that the reinstatement was broad but not universal.
