It really throws the nasty cynicism that has gotten a foothold in our society into stark relief. With all those with so much power and so much wealth, living off the fat of other people's labor, joining forces in attempt to block him at every turn and consign him to irrelevance, Bernie has successfully persevered (as have his supporters) like no candidate I have ever seen in my life. It really puts to shame those armchair warriors who mock and belittle him just for grins from the comfort of anonymity.
