They will flip in the direction that the powers that be desire. In the case of Hillary she is basically R2 candidate. She has reached out to Jeb and the rest. She probably has the best bet for machine discrepancies.

Before anyone jumps me. Several years ago the Ohio SOS deemed our machines easily hackable and nothing has changed since then.
