1. It's impossible. Can't happen. There will never, ever, ever be any charges. You Bernie bros should try reality some time.

2. Even if it did happen, see #1.

3. Failing that, any charges will be considered as false constructs. Discussions about charges will be limited to "¿Quién es más bogus?"
