How do we convey the vision of a society the likes of which we and Bernie see? [View all]

We know that the Big Money is going to reenact scenes reminiscent of The Wizard Of Oz. The greedy ones; the ideological ones, are going to make the fearful, and not as visionary, afraid of Bernie. However they do it, they will include, and demonize, socialism. They'll make him look angry. Rove was driving along when he heard Dean's yell on his car radio, and knew just what he had to do to plaster every so-called media outlet with their anti-Dean propaganda.

I've seen posts from folks here who will vote for Bernie in the general if he wins the primary. So why wouldn't they vote for Bernie in the primary? And that's when I began recalling all of the things in life where I chose differently than the mainstream, for the betterment of my own life. I stepped away from commercial radio, and found several alternatives that were so unique and high quality. A refreshing change from the gross repitition and playlists compiled not for the listener but for the dollar. The same with what I eat. I stopped the beer and pizzas (that took a nine step program, and I still yearn) because I discovered that I might live a more comfortable existence if I knock out some bad nutrients and replace them with the ones my evolved body was intended to eat. But I digress...

I think this group sees a pretty similar life vision. We treat ourselves right, and know what makes a good community. Low pollution levels, good medical services, a secure job, and some things that we really have to just swallow in order to make it happen. It takes effort to create something worthwhile, and via the repealing of things like the Fairness Doctrine, they found a way to lull many Americans into voting and living in ways that do not serve their wellbeing.

The picture of the society that could exist given the guidance of a good representative like Bernie Sanders is so clear to me I can see it. And I cannot see a single American unhappy about it, because it would be to their benefit. War does not profit a society, but does make a few people rich. And the thing is, paying more in taxes, if they go to the right elements, could be a joy. It would build a country instead of tearing it down as well as making the people submissive.

How can we convey this society to those who are already voting for someone other than Bernie Sanders? They must not see what we see- being able to hitch a ride on publc transit and get to a doctor if you need help; taxes being used to benefit us rather than them. Getting along with the rest of the planet, and the planet.

Like Bernie did on a recent interview, he can invoke images of the European countries that are flourishing and happy. But like radio and food, for me, I have always been just flabbergasted by what people will allow into their ears and mouth. I'm not sure I could ween someone off of their habit and get them to do what's best. And that's why I'm posting this. I don't want another forum for rehabilitating ourselves when we don't see our candidate in the general election. I don't want that option.

Bernie has a track record that speaks for itself. You can't touch him. But we're going to be fighting the propaganda machine, which only affects those who haven't seen the end of the film where the dog pulls the curtain away. We already know that Bernie will bring America up to that dignified standard, if given the opportunity. I feel that we really need a concerted effort to try and change mindsets. You know there won't be any Bernie ads on FOX. And I strongly believe that those same viewers could be enlightened to see if we can show them what we see.

Are there any ideas? Is it really just a matter of Bernie being so solid that he ends up getting coverage? This forum can be a valuable asset for the Sanders campaign.
