13. I do not understand how these things work but...

... if my fellow DUers want to target one or both with requests, give me the link to the request line. If we have to send snail mail, give me the address. If there is a best way to pitch our requests, give me the words. Count me as ALL IN and I look forward to the BIG DU leading the way.
