(2,273 posts)76. The touchiness on DU right now is over-the-top.
Until we get past the primary and the Democratic candidate is determined, this rather bizarre state of affairs will continue. People get amazingly partisan and petty. About 20 people are responsible for most of the partisan sniping, it seems. (For obvious reasons, I'm not naming names.) The best thing to do is just ignore the nonsense as best you can, otherwise you're liable to get caught up in it. Try to stay focused on facts and do your best to avoid any kind of disparaging remarks about individuals or groups.
