He arrived on time, was courteous and helpful, and promptly took care of the problem. Although there's a lot of hate going around for Comcast, I've never had anything but good service from them, so I'm not much inclined to boycott them. Not that it would do any good anyway. If we want better and fairer service from monopolistic corporations it has to be by way of government regulation. We need a government that will do that.
