if you go to GD you will see the trolls already attacking this with "oh noes I am so very worried about my 401K".

Newsflash bozos - the 401K was always a scam & if your company passes trading costs on to you it is an even bigger suckage than it was already. Companies used to have defined benefit plans in which they actually put away a decent retirement for you (but other than higher level employees most have been moved to 401Ks now). Now they pay you less, threaten to replace you with robots or HB1 Visa holders, and make you pay your own retirement from your paltry salary which is not keeping up with inflation.
